Did you know that is it a legal requirement for a landlord to ensure all provided gas appliances are checked annually by a gas safe registered engineer to ensure the safety & functionality. We can provide landlords with a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) along with appliance service certificates to show compliance with the law.

Landlords must also ensure that their rental properties undergo a Electrical Installation Condition Report every 5 years – and at Assured we can provide all aspects of testing (EICR’S, PAT testing & Minor Works certificates. How much will an EICR cost? (5-year Electrical Inspection)

An Electrical Inspection Condition Report will cost £150.00 inc vat.

The average time taken on site to complete the testing is 3-4 hours dependant on size of the house. The engineer will then take away all readings & results and process an electronic report which will be emailed or posted to you if required within 48 hours of completion.

How much will a Landlord Gas Safety Inspection cost?

A Landlord Gas Safety Inspection (CP12) costs £66.00 inc vat. Once the report has been uploaded by our engineer, it is electronically processed by our designated member of staff and sent to you by email and post if required within 24 hours. We can also send this to your letting agent if you use one.
